What is Worth It Nutrition?

WIN is a 12 week weight-loss program designed for women over 30 with a little “healthy competition,”  too!

What is WIN?

Worth It! Nutrition  is for women over 30 who are tired of nailing and failing diets, workout programs, fad foods, and want a no B.S. approach to losing body fat.  We combine mindfulness, CBT, real food, and nutrition to complete an inside out transformation.  There are no meal replacements to buy, no bars, no shakes, no exercise, and no gimmicks.  It’s a community of like minded women with the same goal: to finally stop living to eat and learn how to eat to live!

How do I WIN?

We will teach you mindful ways to break emotional eating habits at the source to help you grow internally while you use our amazing nutritional program to shrink externally. Some women have lost a pound a day using these methods (including Amber) who lost 70 pounds in the first 4 months! 

There is no special food to buy, no supplements or meal replacements, just real food right from the store. We connect you with a community of past W.I.N.-ners to support you along the way. We tackle how you look at the world in relation to your weight and how that can affect your success. We bust a lot of weight loss myths and teach you how your body actually works so you can make the right decisions moving forward to stay on track long term.

This is not a theory, it’s formed out of my experience and passion to then help those that are just like me.
